Clock is not updating

Clock is not updating
Ok, this is new.
Granted the truck does not get driven often, but the batteries are charged and good.
Wife took the truck to her work today. She got home at 11:55 am.
When we left at 2:15 in the truck, it still said 11:55 on the center stack and the temperature had not updated either.
Everything else seemed to work fine. But I had to tap the settings screen to get to the clock page. There, the clock was correct. Tapped on the home button and the clock and temp updated.
However, it does not continuously update. It sits at the time until you tap again on settings.
Ideas? Did I inadvertently change something that needs to be changed back, or is a visit to my Ford dealership in the future?

Mine did the same thing and Jaclyn on here from FordIVTeam sent me the instructions and download procedures to correct it. My truck is a '13 as well, and the clock stopped updating as well. A simple software version upgrade is in order and all will be well.

I did the master reset and that seems to have corrected it for the time being. Didn't lose as many settings as I was afraid of.
I am going to cancel my appointment with the dealer but will keep an eye on things.
