Electrical issue! Need help!

My 94 f150 5.0 e4od has started acting up. First my driver side window switch went out. Then my battery started randomly draining over a 2 hour period. Checked with a test light while pulling fuses and found the stereo was draining the battery. After completely removing all aftermarket stereo and harness wiring, the problem still remained. Fuse was removed to temporarily make the truck drivable. The next day i tried to move my power seat forward. The seat did not move and every interior light got dimmer while some lights got illuminated brighter like the 4wd buttons.
Truck was turned off and the problem was still there even without the engine running. After driving for 5 minutes, the seat started working again with no problems.
My alternator voltage was checked at 13.75. No battery light or CEL code other than 332 EGR.
Trying to get an idea on whats going on! Its all body harness related but that doesnt necessarily mean the problems are from one culprit. Just want to see if anyone here has had relatively the same situation that ended up being the ECU, or ...????

The PCM Computer or ECU as you call it would have nothing to do with this problem.

That's what i figured. I tested the alternator several times at 13.75v. I let the truck sit a while and decided to check alternator diodes which tested good. Fired up the truck and tested again at 14.4v!!!

just checking voltage at idle does not tell you much beings you got a normal readings. use the trucks accessories to load the system. turn your lights on bright flashers and so on to give it something to work harder. And if the problem is not occurring while your doing your checks then that doesn't help you much.

Sounds like you have a ground problem somewhere... I don't have schematics to post but I bet several of those devices share a common chassis ground.

Wouldnt battery light be on if that were the case?

The battery light is an idiot light and as far as it coming on for a bad ground it wont if the alternator works because it does not care about random power or ground points as long as the lights circuit is good and the alternator is working.
