Water Pump Brand

I will be changing out my water pump on my 04 Navi before going on vacation. Would you buy the Motorcraft or the MMR performance water pump? They are about the same cost.

I don't know MMR personally, but what I've read about them seems to indicate that they really know their stuff, and have top quality better than OEM performance parts, like metal chain guides for the timing chain. I don't think you can go wrong with them, but I can't testify it personally yet. Planning to get an MMR timing set for my truck though.
