My son and I are giving my high school ride, a 1966 SWB 2WD F100, the Lazarus Treatment. MAN is it fun!!!
Doing some forward looking while we're at it (gotta have dreams, right?) and ran across this pic from a Facebook page we're members of. Does anyone know what this console came out of? It looks like it BELONGS there!
If not, does anyone have good ideas for a late model console swap? We're having fun in the planning stages.
I gotta say... that interior looks terrible... not my taste but to each their own. The center console does seem to fit nicely in there, too bad the rest isn't as nice

THANKS!
i believe that is a 98-01 explorer console or there abouts.
Came across a site that offers a variety of dash panels, with or without gauges, to include panel same/similar dash as in pic's. Wow, with this particular company, seem kinda pricey for my pocket book?
Seem to recall seeing couple other sources for this particular dash panel, suggest shop around if decide to go this route?

I have to agree! the console looks like it belongs. The rest of the interior? Well, I like the carpet. I can say that nice thing.
I can tell you that a '07 F150 front seat setup will not work without significant modification. I tried, couldn't get it low enough and it was set pretty far forward even without the gas tank.
