not sure what my tank capacity is suppose to be but after I finished with the mods I put about 6 or so gal in the tank to purge the air with and then drove up to the station about three miles over and was able to pump an additional 26 gals before it clicked the pump off. I figure 32 in the main tank is enough with the 90 in my bed tank I have a pretty good travel range capacity. The mpg thingy on the overhead said I'm averaging 21.5 mpg, I wish it were true.
