Can some one help me?!?

My gas gauge stays past full. And when I sometimes hit the breaks it'll go to empty. But when I am driving my 1988 F-250 and I turn my blinker right itll "bounce" with the blinker. Here's a link to a video of it I put on YouTube. https://youtu.be/10hGbrtCs5w

I'd say pull your instrument cluster: It appears the flex wiring on the back(like a flexible printed circuit board) may be compromised, and is causing this issue- Possibly a bulb got very hot & melted part of it...

That would be my first impression...

Help with this one too?

If you or any one can tell me the problem of this. Some people tell me it's the ignition switch. But everyone tells me they don't what part because there is two or three parts to a ignition switch. Here's the link. https://youtu.be/PSipO15BxJQ

I'm guessing somehow the fuel sender wire got shorted with something in the cluster. To read full, it needs grounded. Sounds like maybe the cluster is messed up and when you happen to hit the right blinker(or the brake pedal), it is removing the ground source, allowing the gauge to fluctuate with blinker.

I would say it has nothing to do with ignition switch.

I would pull the cluster and examine it.
