New Excursion Owner/ power window, mirror, locks not working
Hello all
Been a member of this forum for years. Worked my way up from an Explorer to an Expedition. Now I am Rollin with the big boys and own an Excursion. It is a 2000 V10 4x4 in white (all of my trucks have been white). I love the truck but it has some issues. The most annoying of which is that the power windows in the front do not work. The rears work fine from the driver and rear door switches. The power mirrors do not work. Also, when you hit the switch for the power locks, they all jump but they neither lock or unlock. They just move a little bit. Could there be an issue with the wiring in the doors? I tried another master switch and the problem persists.
Congrats on the Ex. Very nice looking vehicle although not sure what to tell you about your door lock situation. But there are plenty of knowledgeable people here I'm sure someone can help you. Good luck.
P.s. Beware or the wheel police
