I was surprised to see how many watermelon brews there were with a google search! As I recall, seedless WM are triploid genetically, a cross between diploid and tetraploid. 3 sets of chromosomes are a challenge to reproduce sexually. Wonder if a hexaploid is possible? Anywho, back to cerveza.
