Am I crazy or no?
I have a 1991 f250 4x4 rclb just sitting around waiting for a project it originally came with the 4.9l and the SBF ZF5. I've always wanted an idi because of its simplicity. This is kind of a budget build and was wonder what you think it would cost me to do this. Probably rebuild, core support, mounts, cab, front clip, bed? Or just put the 4.9 back in it?

The rebuild is what will get you master rebuild kit is like 800 then a gasket set and head studs or bolts on a budget studs from r and d are the best price for them and rock auto has the best price on bolts in hectors are around $35 each and stock ip is about $550
