Help with a battery/electrical problem

Hey Guys. I'll start off by saying I'm currently disabled so I can't climb all over the truck the way I'd like to so I need some help.
I am working on a 1997 F 250HD with a 460 and the Ford alternative fuel set up. Currently the only thing missing is the tank and I could run on propane. For those that arent familiar with the 97 HD it's the same as a 1996, not the 97 superduty.

The problem I have run into is my battery will completely drain overnight. It just started happening and with the help of a friend of mine I think I have it narrowed down. On the starter solenoid, on the right stem looking at it, there is an eyelet that has two wires fused into one from the factory. This seems to be the draw. With everything turned off this still pulls 12 volts and from what I was told it's not supposed to. I'm just not sure what it goes to. We actually pulled every fuse and relay out to see if the draw stopped but it stayed. Can anyone tell me what the wire is, or have a schematic of what attaches there? If any more info is needed (and I'm sure there is) or pictures please let me know.
Thanks.

Is the dual wire on the "S" terminal of the solenoid? If it is then one wire runs to the neutral safety switch and the other run to the ignition module.

The two items are not wires, they are 12GA gray fuse links and then they "Y" into a wire going to the fuse/relay box under the hood.
Normal for them to have a small current through them at all times as the feed the keep alive memory of the PCM computer and the radio.

Bill they are grey, but when you take them off the solenoid and put a meter on them they're pulling 12.2 volts. I figured that was my problem.

You do not measure with volts to see how much something is drawing.
We are talking about current draw and it will always be 12.2 volts or what ever the battery voltage is.
You need to be on the current scale. But be very careful as you can blow the current fuse inside the meter you are using. Start with a high scale first.
