Good morning. I spent the weekend washing, clay barring, and waxing my Ranger. Now I don't want to drive it in the rain! I'll probably keep it in the garage until Wednesday. I was going to pressure wash the engine bay on the Bronco too, but the pressure washer wouldn't start. I'm in the middle of taking apart and cleaning the carburetor; should have it back together tonight. I also picked up some couches at an estate sale on Saturday for my hopefully soon-to-be new house. I should know later today if our offer has been accepted!
So, yeah, that's what's happening in my life.
After reading all the posts about the EGT sensors, I'm not all that trilled but still happy they did something. My F250 has about 46,000 miles, so I have 37,000 miles or 4 years left on the extension. A lot of what I read were past the mileage and were hoping for extension to 100,000. Even others stated that there sensors didn't go till 120,000. So it's a waiting game we will see.
Afternoon everyone, I've been occupying my time on these days off with mountain biking and the gym, tried getting some work done on my parents car yesterday but it kept deciding to pour every time the driveway was just about dry. My mom's car needs a new muffler and a complete brake system flush.
Hey guys. Hope you all had a nice weekend. The yard better dry out quick so I can mow tomorrow. Made the mistake of not getting to it on Saturday. I ended up busy meeting with a guy about the truck. Got it sold for asking price. I was as honest as I could be about it, so hopefully he understands what he's getting. Truck is real nice, but it needs work.
Just another day in CT. Dog tags today and emissions for the F250. Then painting the living room continues or should I say prep. I think dogs will enjoy the kennel in the back yard today.
Morning all. Weekend is looking good but still only have 4 confirmed attendees (and their families) for the June GTG. I'm thinking that we can do better than that.
