Transmissions doing something weird
I'm replacing the trans soon for another reason, its the E40D on a 1993 f150 and for what ever reason it is puking fluid from the dipstck and its has done it for along time. and does it especially when hot or was just on the highway.

If the vent tube was plugged and the transmission was overheating, I could see how it may puke from the dipstick tube.
Maybe Mark or other members more familiar with automatics can help.
