Question how to handle this?

I bought a new truck - 2003 F150 SuperCre 4x4 about 9 months ago. I love it, its great - except for one thing. When I bought it the dealer put a 6" lift on it and bigger tires. Since I bought it I had a feeling that the lift wasnt right. So I called the dealer and they told who put the lift on. So I went there and asked them to check out my lift. I tlod them that it has a 4" Rancho lift on it, not a Fabtech 6" on it. They told me they made it a 6" lift. So now I'm a little pissed off that I paid $3500 dollars for a lift and tires that I didnt get!!! The dealer doesnt seem to be interested in working this out - and neither does the place that put it on?

How should I handle this?

I would contact a lawyer, Since it isn't a Ford item, I'm pretty sure that they will not help you. The dealer sold you something that you didn't get. If you don't get results quickly, I would also notify the BBB.

What makes you think something is wrong? Do you have any original paperwork detailing what they did to it?

If you don't, then its your word against theirs, and 9 months later not easy to prove.
