When I first start my truck, it has a tendency to rev. After it's warmed up a while, it evens out. But it always revs once it's started. I have a vacuum hose disconnected...err...broken under the hood. I'm wondering if that's it. It was a red/pink color.

Red vacuum hose is routed to the FPR.
Pink hose runs to the Air Diverter/Bypass valve for either the TAB.
If its the red, then fuel psi stays pegged out, and you have a consient vacuum leak. If its the pink line, then you have a vacuum leak when the PCM commands the TAB solenoid to function.
