replacement battery
What is the best choice for a replacement battery for my '99 f250 4x4 5.4l. I know this is subjective so give me your opinion. Mine acts like it's failing so I need to do something soon. thanks

For the past 7-8 years I've been using the better NAPA brand----they've been amazing in the longer term, never had one failure in any of them bought and used for my vans or others either.
They'll cost about $100 for most gassers but for a normal life of 7 years trouble-free that seems kinda cheap to me.
Their warranty is pretty generous too---as good as I've seen in the battery world.

NAPA is the only other one that offered a prorated warranty last year when I shopped for two batteries.
FYI, if you haven't bought an automotive battery recently, be prepared for some sticker shock. Prices have really gone up since the current administration took power.
