Under Hood Fuse Block

Under Hood Fuse Block
I am working on cleaning up some of my old wiring. I have this fuse block on my inner fender and I don't know if its original to the truck or an add on from somewhere along the way. I don't find anything in the wiring diagram to tell me what is fused here. It is old and crusty and I want to replace it with a new ATO fuse block this weekend.
If this is a factory block I was just hoping that someone might be able to give me a heads up before I begin unwinding 8 feet of electrical tape Saturday.

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks.

It's not original. The starter solenoid and horn relay are; the two (circuit breakers?) in between them are not original either.
From the factory, there would have been a few fusible links coming off the battery terminal of the starter solenoid, and a fuse panel inside the cab on the firewall, to the left of the steering column.
Be glad that, whatever wiring modifications the PO did, at least he had safety in mind and put fuses in, rather than just hard-wiring everything!

They do. And it looks like whoever installed it was smart enough to run it through circuit breakers rather than direct to battery or through a fuse, assuming my guess is right as to what those two devices are.

Thanks guys. Yep I put the LMC headlight harness and the circuit breakers in a few weeks ago. I also cleaned up my alternator wiring with new wire, terminals and heat shrink. Funny thing you should say that, I ordered the six way ATO fuse block from Del City to replace this dinosaur and it is due to arrive here tomorrow. I found a really nice LED light made by KC that I'm going to put under my hood in case I ever need light at night. I can wire the new LED light into the new fuse block and put a toggle in the cab for on/off.
OK, I'll trace the 4 wires and get this old block replaced.

Use some dielectric grease on them connectors! or that shiny new stuff will look like the old crap you questioned about.... Which looks sketchy as hell, btw...
Is that part of the original Wire harness? or something a previous Owner did, like Trailer wiring?
