2007 F250 Top bumper valence

Gonna take the bumper off myself (save money) to have it painted. How do I remove the top valence? Plastic so I dont wanna break it by getting too aggressive. Thx

You can take the whole bumper of with 6 or 8 bolts than you can see ask the clips and retainers for the top.
