real world mods
I'm interested in what mods will benefit this engine the most. If i get one I would like to put a full exhaust system from the engine block all the way back, but other than that I've read that any mods to the engine can be not to good for the truck. If I do plan on adding performance parts what needs to be done to the engine, transmission, fuel system, oil systems, etc. Thanks guys.
