Does anyone have a gold windshield visor?
My 2015 Lariat had a large gold patch at the top middle section of the windshield behind the rearview mirror. Other 2015 F150 trucks have black.
I cannot find out why mine was gold. I had to replace my windshield a few weeks ago due to hail damage. The repair shop ordered a replacement glass with the same part number as my original glass but Ford Co. sent them a glass with a black middle section, not gold. I am trying to get a glass with gold but no one seems to know why my Lariat had gold or where to find one now. Anyone else have gold? I can't believe I'm the only truck with gold. Give me a shout if you have suggestions. That patch of gold when you look at the truck front and center really sets off the Ruby Red paint. It really knocks the ball right out the park! Milkyway
