desperately needing help

I have a 1986 Ford F 150 4 wheel drive flare fender 300 straight 6 desperately needing diagram from ignition to selenoid to starter the person that took it all part for me did not Mark nothing please help

Go to this website and click the "Wiring Diagrams" button. Select the appropriate fields for your truck model. System = "Engine", Subsystem = "Starting", then hit "Search".
BBB Industries - TSB's & Wiring Diagrams

I don't know anything about the 4.9L but two sets of drawings come up, first one appears to be for EFI and second one for carb.

basically the large wire that comes from the starter goes on one ring terminal, and all of the other wires with the large ring terminals go on the other side. You should only have 2 small wires left each with a post connector, they go to the two post on the front, the "I" and the "S" you have a 50% chance of hooking it up right
