Please help

Hello I have a 1992 f150 302 manual trains I bought at an action. The steering wheel was broken and it looked like some one jammed a screwdriver down the ignition and destroyed it.so I replaced the whole thing but my truck won't start with the key I turn the switch and nothing happens I replaced the clutch safety switch I had the starter and the battery check and they are fine. I really need some help here thanks.
