Fuel rail sensor

I had the hpfp replaced two weeks ago and today I had a bad fuel rail sensor.
P0194 code. Is there a chance these two problems are related? Thanks

Good morning.

P0194 doesn't mean you have a bad sensor, it means there is something wrong in the circuit. It COULD be the sensor, but you could also have a shorted wire, water in a connector, or lots of other things. It may be related to the HPFP replacement you had a couple of weeks ago. I'd have the shop that did your HPFP check it out.
