Since my first post we have changed the master cylinder again after bench bleeding.. replaced the perportional valve(new) and have bleed the brakes till we're blue in the face. . No peddle ..I'm puzzled about this one !

Are the calipers on the right side? Bleed screws on top?

What procedure are you using to bleed the brakes?
Chilton? Ford? Hayes?

Maybe there is something useful in this post.

bleeding brakes but still no pedal - JeepForum.com

It sounds like you have some air trapped in the lines somewhere and isolating each set of brakes independently as described in one post can possibly help you find the problem line.

If you've bench bled the master cylinder and you know it is in good condition and if all your lines are in good condition with no leaks and the rubber sections aren't ballooning then you likely have some air trapped. Good luck

Old brake system rubber hoses might expand during braking, leading to a pressure leak and "mushy pedal" feel, might want to look into that.
