Thanks, it's actually a Chrysler color from the 70s. The cab was already painted when I bought the truck. So I stayed with the Chrysler red. The truck had a homemade wooden flatbed that I didn't like so I bought a new reproduction box from Bruce Horkey pickup parts in Windham Minn. The truck only has 45000 actual miles so I thought it was worth the price of a new box. It has the original flathead V8 and 4 speed tranny. My next plans are to replace the running boards as they are a little rough.

That looks like a very nice truck. If you want to keep it stock you may be interested in the Early Ford V8 Club of America. There are regional groups all over, there may be one near you: Early Ford V-8 Club
