Maybe Ford did better engineering later in the series but I have a 73 and I'm not even sure of what you're referring to... is it to seal the door panel/pull from the door shell's holes?

Do you mean the little cover over the spring on the inside door handle?

I'm sure you're talking about the dust covers that fit behind the door pull. LMC trucks has 'em. Check out the door handle dust cover (

I assume this is an F100/350, but you are describing these "seals" wrong.
What you may want are the door
weather strips .. that attach to the door shell itself.
Door panels are interior upholstered trim panels.
Door pulls are the cups that fit inside the armrests, that your place your fingers in to pull the door closed.
On XLT's & Lariats, there are straps that are located on the trim panels above the armrests that you pull to close the door.
Carpenter has the best quality weather strips.
Here's a coupla parts catalog pics that I couldn't post on t'other site where you also asked this question.
Notice
20530 in the right pic. This is a piece of the door weather strip that wraps around the circumference of the door

I think the OP's description is pretty good. I need to order those little seals too. Didn't even know I was missing them.

My '77 XLT Ranger does not have door pulls. I know you know your trucks but what trim option had pulls? I don't see them in the photos.

Texanrick nailed it. Part no. 49-7609 door handle dust seal at LMC. I don't think anyone else has them. Not sure if it's on the diagram from Number Dummy but might be no. 23334. I think it may help to seal out air noise.

i just completed an overhaul of my doors so most of LMC's catalog is fresh on my mind. However there are springs that belong in the doors and I have NO idea where they belong. I'll figure it out but tired of working on doors. All new seals and weatherstrip complete.

I didn't post a pic that shows 'em.

I spotted this thing in the pic originally, but the parts catalog description sez
shield .. which could be metal or plastic or rubber.
Since I haven't owned one a these trucks since 1988, and you've taken many apart, you knew what the OP wanted.
