Long Tube Header Install
I have a set of LT's, and im curious how big of a PITA this is gonna be. Im mainly concerned about pulling out the threads in the heads. If i can get the studs and all out clean then im good to go, just curious if anybody else has done this. I know every truck is different, just trying to get a feel for it. They will be matching up with a off road Y, going to my existing stainless Gibson cat back, everything is 3".

I think the biggest thing to determine how bad it could be is the location of the truck's life. If the truck has been exposed to road salt and/or ocean salt most of it's life, things could be real bad. Soak the **** out of the nuts holding the exhaust manifolds on, then soak the **** out of the studs, using pb blaster. Using heat will probably help also.
