The only easy swap is onto a 53-55 F100 frame.
If you are dead set on a frame swap the best newer chassis I found is the 95-2000 Explorer. But it has it's own set of issues. But I have seen a couple nice swaps done using one those. Here's a build thread.

I don't really feel like typing out all the info again. But I listed some of the issues with using a 65-96 Ford fullsize truck chassis in my post on this thread. I'm using a 78 F150 long box 4x4 chassis for my 54 F100 build.
