Truspeed speed sensor calibrator
I don't like the way my trans shifts with larger tires on my truck. I know I can buy a microtuner to adjust for the larger tires but because of the price of gas here, (especially 91 octane) I don't plan on spending over $300 on a tuner. I found out about the truspeed speed sensor calibrator from superlift http://www.superlift.com/speedcal.asp has anyone used this product and if so was it worth the money? It costs around $160 which is 1/2 the price of a microtuner.

Are the tires so oddball large that the dealer cant reprogram the PCM for correct shift points? You might call a dealer and see what they can do without any modifications.
