Interior colors
Someone put some tan captains chairs in mine (from van I think). They are comfortable, but the opposite direction of where I am going. Plus, they dont fold forward.
My rear bench is tan vinyl and the rest of the interior is blue. Seatbelts are tan. It appears, the doors were painted over. I imagine it was all tan. I cant see a blue interior on a white/red truck.
I found a nice bench from a 1992 F150 that is tan and has the fold down console. Cant wait to go back to the yard to pull it. :-)
Any suggestions? Or recommendations?

Now, for your current question. I have a chart in my 1981 dealer's fact book that gives the available interior colors based on exterior colors. But, I have to know the primary color, by code or name. So if you supply the color codes from the Cert Label then I can determine what the interior color options were - for 1981. If yours isn't an '81, which I'll pick up in the sig on your next post, then the info may or may not be correct for it. However, Ford didn't change the combinations a lot, so it probably will be good.
I will look for the label in the morning. I spent all day wrenching on that truck. My fiancé wouldnt be happy if I went to it again tonight... :-P

Thinking about it though, if you had a mostly white truck with lets say red sides, then you would have to go with the chart as if the truck was red. Would they sell a truck that was mostly white with red accents with a blue interior? I am thinking not.
I work with a guy that used to work at a Ford plant in Georgia somewhere in the late 60's. He worked there for a year or two, and said at the end of a model year run they had what they called "white days". They would paint all the exteriors white, and use up all the different color interiors they had left over from the previous year.

Interior colors keyed to exterior colors:
-Charcoal
-Regatta Blue
-Canyon Red
-Tan
Since you have a Lariat model, the seatbelts would have been color-keyed to the interior color. Since yours are Tan, I think your interior would have originally been completely Tan. It would be much easier for someone to have replaced the interior carpets, door panels, etc. than it would be to go through the trouble to replace the seatbelts. Besides, Ford would not have used a Regatta Blue interior on a Red and White truck.

I also cant wait to find replacement trim for the outside. It has high body trim that I cannot locate on LMC nore did I see it on any other truck at the salvage yard. Strange.

This optional moulding style was only used on the 1985 and very few early 1986 Lariat models and is held on with double stick tape. In my opinion, this is the best looking moulding Ford used for this generation of trucks. Ford stopped making this well over 15 years ago and NOBODY reproduces this style of moulding.

And if you have the aluminum tailgate trim panel, take real good care of it because nobody reproduces that, either. It also was only used on 1985 and 1986 Lariat models.
