welcome to FTE.

does it only look like that after backing into a parking spot? if so, that is a common issue with the IFS front suspension used on the F250.
if it sits like that all the time, then i would say you need center pivot bushings and new front springs.

Are those lift blocks between the spring and axle? If so I'd get rid of them. A pic of your rear suspension would help determine what you have going on.

ditch the blocks between the springs and axles and it will probably sit either straight, or a little the other way.
ditch the blocks anyway, because they are illegal and if you get pulled over for an inspection the truck will be red stickered and impounded until they are removed.
the springs are probably shot.
with the IFS under there, the center of the axle is solid mounted. so any movement in the springs is directly transferred to how the wheel sits.
that is the main reason so many of us dumped the IFS for a solid axle int he front.

Them blocks are making it lean. I put a lift on my truck, and had to put and extended center pivot thingy, to correct the tire camber.

I bet you'll have a bunch of rake and need to lower the rear.
You're on the right track. See how it sits when you get both blocks
out. I'd be keeping an eye on the u bolts.... retourque them after 50
miles or so.

Yeah I think I need shorter u bolts now here's the rear suspension

Obviously have some leakage issues .lol but suspension wise should that block go as well?

That rear looks stock. See that extension on the inbound side of the blocks? Those are the stoppers for the rubber frame blocks, uh, when it had them.
