I have looked all over for a vacuum diagram for the 360. On the passenger side behind the carburetor is a valve with three ports. All but one are capped off. Any ideas

It's not a valve.. it's a fitting. Is yours auto or manual transmission?
My 70 is a manual trans and had two rubber caps on the small ports and and the rear is 5/8ths that is either capped off with a pipe plug or (can) used to provide vacuum for a brake booster.
