Intake spacer (elbow) torque spec?

Intake spacer (elbow) torque spec?
What is the torque spec for the throttle body spacer (the aluminum elbow) - to the manifold?
Just got my gasket for it in the mail- had to mail order it because all the parts stores around here only sell it with a full set of intake manifold gaskets (which I don't need).
Also, is there a spec for the EGR blockoff plate? I had that off when I thoroughly cleaned the spacer/elbow.
