I doubt it. Chassis cabs aren't really geared toward the same buying audience as trucks with a bed. Most purchasers of chassis cabs are going to put them to work and wouldn't be likely to shell out the extra money for a lot of up-options.
I could be wrong, Ford has surprised me in the past. But I sure wouldn't hold my breath or bet the farm on it...
I find most of my retail customers buy a truck far bigger than they need and most commercial customers buy too little. Here in PA the state police have been stepping up their game of weight checks on landscapers and folks using the bigger light duty trucks (250-550). Make sure you're counting passengers, fuel, body, and stuff like that. The fact that you're considering the F450 means you probably already know all this, so consider it a general comment rather than a directed one.
All i was going to say is sometimes dollar wise its cheaper to buy a new pickup with box and tailgate etc. Pull them and sell them. I have done rhat and rhe parts being brand new unused bits like lights and box was worth far more than the amount the maker takes off the price to delete the box on a chassis alone.
