Wow. I love Excursions, but at that price why not just get a new/nearly new truck?

 

I'd love to find an F250 "rollover" with a good chassis and 6.7L. Not sure how tough swapping an Excursion body onto it would be, but it'd be fun to find out. And it'd cost a LOT lest than the Ex above!!!

It is.

There's nothing about this truck that's stock. The Cat 6.6 motor (in this Excursion) is a Caterpillar engine, not a Ford-base block!

 

That I figured, didn't realize the engine was a 6 Cyl...

 

That motor puts out about 330 HP so its not a weak sister!

 

I have no dog in this fight.

Not exactly Craigslist, but I came across an Excursion in Glasgow, KY that may be of interest to someone.

Wagner Farm Services buys and sells farm equipment. A 2001 (I think) Excursion showed up at their lot last week. Leather interior isn't horrible, but it is 20 years old.

Anyone in the area that's interested in an Excursion might check it out. The last I checked they hadn't even priced it out yet. There's probably not a lot of interested in their local area.

 

Several Craigslist posted Excursions in the SouthEast that might get some interest.

6.8 for $1,500. Parts vehicle. Truck has been t-boned, but driveable.
