The o-ring's were proun to fail with oil up to operating temp it bypasses the o-ring causing a HPOP leak per say , other things to look for would be IPR with a torn screen and the HPOP pump it self. you should monitor IPR but if your in that far and have the stand pipes and dummy plugs in hand then by all means they need to be replaced Especially the ICP readings were so low.

The stand pipes and dummy plugs are under the valve covers.
