Yep. Ran the grader blade down the driveway yesterday to fill the last puddles in.
In other news: I put a 29" viking horn on my truck Thursday with a 3.5 gallon air tank and a 200psi compressor. Sounds pretty dang cool. To me at least.
Hmm.... Zack, it looks like we're slipping. ;-)
The water has crested again, no danger to the house or vehicles, just a nuisance. Got right up to the corner post on the garden fence though. I'm so ready for this high water to go away even though it means climbing the hill from the boat to the house.

I wish a grader blade would help my road, not sure I want to run a grader with a snorkle though.
Air horn.... Hmm..... Need one of those to get the little blue haired ladies out of my way. ;-)

Almost caused an accident.... Was sitting at a stoplight this afternoon, saw a buddy turning across me and gave him a short blast. Blue hair on my right stabbed the gas and almost ran the red light.
Weeelllll, I came about ><this close to buying a Ford diesel pickup last week.
3 things kept me from pulling the trigger. First, it was the gaping rust hole in the left rear door and the rusted, missing rocker panels. Second was it's previous history as a plow truck in Maine. Third, it was a diesel.
You guys must be rubbing off on me if being a diesel is now 3rd on my list of why not to buy a vehicle.
Anyway, after a month of looking at craigslist and the online yard sales as well as the newspapers for a vehicle, I decided to upgrade the brakes and steering as well as the rear suspension on the old '61 instead of buying someone else's problem child.
Pulled the trigger on the patch panels for the cab corners and driver's floor, a front power disc brake setup and the CPP power steering setup. Now if I could just get time to work on it.
Oh, forgot to mention in the last post. If anyone's interested in a '62 F350 with a 10' flatbed, a lift gate, and a blown up 302 as well as a lot of extra slick parts let me know.
Dude only lives 3 miles from me and wants $2500 for the lot.
Guess I really have been busy the last week, here it is the 7th and I'm finally getting around to posting in the monthly thread. I should be ashamed...but after all these years and mileage with a 6.0L...I feel no such thing thanks to those bullies that motivate those noisy 7.3L down the road.

Woo hoo! I've been promoted under this new regime that has taken power. Hopefully the new emperor will let it slide this one time since I wasn't aware of my new promotion.

If I had one, I'd end up using on the folks that have those formerly blue & white license plates (same design, just black lettering/symbols). While some are truly deserving of it...most are just lazy & stupid, IMO. Though past experience at work has taught me that no matter how loud you make the horn scream...some folks are oblivious to it.
Oh I saw that...still trying to diegest what you said and what went wrong. The force is strong with you...but we will convert you to the dark-side
Guess I'm losing my resistance too, just bought another 97 PSD F350. Not sure yet what I'm gonna do with it, just couldn't pass up the $200 price tag. ;-)
