Yes, a bad, defective or malfunctioning FPR can cause to much fuel psi and/or to low fuel psi.

If the engine is idling higher than specification, then the PCM can't control it with the IAC, so unplugging the IAC won't make a difference.

I can't find the cause for the high idle. Also cannot find any vacuum leaks. Started the high idle after the new tps. And by high idle its at like 1100 rpm
