I have a 1995 E-150 Econoline conversion van. I was told there is a panel where one can access the powerlock reset, or whatever it is. My keys no longer work to unlock the doors, and my 2 side doors are stuck. My two rear doors can be opened from the inside, but this is, of course, inconvenient when I have to load stuff. Anyone know where the electric panel is to trip or reset the powerlocks? Is there a way to disconnect them and lock strictly manually? I have a long way to go, and need to be able to pack my van, and get my dogs in and out easily. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Well, you can remove the license plate well and disconnect the power lock actuator from the rear latch pretty easily. That way the rear doors would be manually independent from the auto lock. But, when you say the rear doors are able to be opened from the inside that sounds more like the outer latch handle cable is disconnected. (Unless you mean you have to open the driver door and hit the unlock switch). That's a different ballgame from your power lock issue.
So, simple shotgun guess... Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to see if the system resets itself? And have you tested the batteries in the fobs?
Actually, have replaced the battery since the locks jammed up. The side doors won't open at all, not even from the inside. It started with the inside door on the side jamming so that I couldn't open it. Then the door with the handle jammed too, but I could open just that one from the inside. Not anymore.. Last thing was the doors locking up in the back of the van. I can still open them from the inside, but it isn't very handy since the roll down bed is there. I want to be able to unlock the side doors too. I'm actually worried that the driver and passenger doors will be next. Kind of hard to have to climb over the bed with three dogs when they have to go out when we're traveling. If it was just me i wouldn't mind too much, but for the fear of the two front doors locking up and jamming like the other four.
I can't speak much to why things are jamming up, but I did just have to replace the door latch cables on my rear door, inside and out. I had the same problem as you on the back doors. At first, I could open them from the outside. Shortly thereafter, I couldn't open them from the inside either. In the process of replacing the broken latch cables, I found that the power lock actuator has an arm independent of the manual key lock and that arm can be removed from the assembly. I had to disconnect it to get the latch out to replace the cables. It's a simple matter of unseating the solenoid from its' bracket and rotating the arm until it comes out of the mechanism. Not a hard job at all really (once you get the stupid door open :-) )
