Reman caliper at my local high end parts house $64.76, no core. SAME reman at Stealership $160+40 core! Guess where Im going! Stealership is operating on 150-200% markeup over the parts house. And the parts house is making 10-20%! Unreal! I understand making money but thats gouging. So thats why a 4 wheel brake job now-a-days is 1K at 100/hr labor rate at the stealership..... 1K for a brake job!
