Cat contamination
Hi, due to a blown head gasket, intake gasket and cracked head. A lot of coolent went into the cat converter. And was driven about 10 miles with lots of coolent going through it.
What are the chances the cat is now worthless??

Cat contamination
The cat is probably fine. It's the O2 sensor that may have not survived. Wait until after it is running before replacing it. Sometimes the sensor is killed right after such a repair anyway because of stray RTV sealant getting burned off.
