Most guys use the later 73-79 rad core support just a few little mods to do for the hood latch bracket. One or two inner bolt holes for the grille bracket.
The later ones seem to be in greater supply then the 60/70's bumps.

1973/79 F100/350 with round headlamps: TWO different radiator supports.
Same thing that applies to 1967/72's (with/without Super Cooling radiator), also applies to these as well.
The Super Cooling radiator has a HUGE top tank, it's wider and deeper than the other radiators.
So safe to say the 73-76 for sure will work. But look one over that it has the same front or rear radiator mountings and the rad width opening is same as yours.
I have a square bucket 79 rad support in my 68, I don't know how the lights mount on a 71 but I've used a 78-79 rad support on a 76, the buckets bolted right up

Reason: I messed up
D8TZ-16138-A = 1978/79 F100/350 & Bronco radiator support is dished inwards behind the rectangular headlamp buckets to allow them fit correctly into the grille shell.
