The bed box is 1953-1972 Ford . The cab back is 1953-1956.

Like stated as far as the years, but the bed, cab and tailgate have all been narrowed.

I dont think so, the tail gates are only 50" to begin with

Sweet, the only thing that bed room is missing now is a gas pump and a garage door.

Kevin, look at the distance between the first and last letters and the ends of the tailgate, where are the vertical bars in the tailgate? This has been shortened.

Here is a link to a new tailgate at mid-fifty for comparison. 1953-66 Ford F-100 Tailgate F-o-r-d Letters, Exact Of Original - 8340700

I also added a link to standard bed mattress widths. A twin bed is only 39" wide.
