Factory Options
I purchased my truck used from a Ford Dealer. During the negotiations it was agreed they would replace the rubber gasket on the sunroof, due to pitting and degradation (no leaks, yet). Two different times they attempted to replace and both times I was told they ordered the wrong parts. Finally they came back and told me the sunroof was not a factory installed option. It was in fact an aftermarket item. We are still working through the replacement options.
My questions are:
Is there a way to get a copy of the "dealer sheet" that initially came with the truck so I will know what options the truck came with?
Shouldn't the dealer be able to pull this information?

Once you look close you see a different name on the sunroof privacy shade handle.
