does anyone know the location of the Ford Escape jukebox hard drive. I would like to unplug the power to the drive temporarily. the most recent Ford Sync update is filled with glitches which Ford said can only be remedied by doing a master reset on the system which reboots the entire Sync system. They also told me it will erase all of the contents on the jukebox hard drive. Since I have over 4000 mp3 audio files on the drive which took a very long time to transfer from several hundred CDs I do not want to erase the drive and start over. I would like to unplug the drive reboot the sink system and then plug the drive back in. I need to know where the jukebox drive is located or at the very least where I can find the cable going to the drive which I can unplug until the boot sequence is complete and then I will plug the drive back in.
