Yours looks like the factory intended it to look, not the one that I was snookered into buying. Hopefully, I can still use it, but after finding the other parts. Wish now, that I had not 'Jumped the gun' on this one. I must remember "Patience, Grasshoppah"..

If I cannot find the right parts, I will try to engineer, and fab something clean, to mount whichever compressor I end up with. I am leaning towards the Sanden 507, and using R-12, with the lower pressure hoses. R-12 is easily available in Baja, and cheaper too. This 'Factory' bracket was not made to be used with the Sanden's but much of my truck is not 'Factory'.

Comments, advice, and criticism are always welcome... have at it amigos

Don't look all the hard to fab up any mounting bracket for what ever type of compressor you'll end up going with.

Just need some channel or angle iron, a drill press and may be a welder at hand.

I think it's Vintage Air that sells the Sanden mounting brackets if ya can't make one up.

Thanks Rich, I will look at what they have, not that I can't make them on my own. I have all the stuff in my shop, and am looking at taking a plasma torch South with me, to cut plate with. Sometimes, it is just more expedient, and less expensive to buy one pre made, that has all the engineering done...?/
