You can also try International, I have seen posts that parts for
the 6.0L are cheaper from International than Ford, and they
are the same parts.
Talking about parts from Ford, I paid $40 for a serpentine belt
for my Ranger from my local Ford dealer, and bought a serpentine
belt for a Mercedes from the dealer for $21!!! What gives with
Ford's part prices?????

Don't buy ANYTHING from Ford that you can get from the after market. When I toured the Thunderbird Assembly Plant in Loraine, Ohio in 1986, I was told that Ford had (at that time) 3500 suppliers so most of the parts packaged in genuine Ford boxes are not manufactured by Ford anyway. I doubt that there is any way to get Ford to utilize reasonable pricing on their parts, but that doesn't mean you have to submit to their extortion.
