What I mean is flashy paint makes everything more noticeable. Had they painted it white of a simple grey it wouldn't show the flaws nearly as bad
Ummm, aint no amount of lipstick....no matter what color the lipstick is....can make that ugly *** POS, cobbled together, wanna-steal-your-hard-earned-money-for-plastic-puke, look any less shipoopie than it is.
David, can you edit that pic (with plenty of watermark so they don't steal the pic) and make the paint flat and another with a different toned down color? I stand by my statement. It will look "better" but still not a finished product. I would still be somewhat interested in the hood/fenders though and sourcing the rest myself (OEM) and doing the swap myself had I not just bought my new bumper.
I love the hood and fenders. I would run them. I do agree that the grill fit isn't good up top, but could probably be solved easily, although that still doesn't help with the design of it. I understand why it is the way it is, but it doesn't quite look right to me. It looked better in white/black when you couldn't really see the Ford across the front. Headlights are easy to swap out. Fit and finish will never really be OEM quality. It's glass, and any glass is going to have fitment issues, regardless of brand.
