Ok guys I'm stuck with this one....
It's an 04 nbx manual temp controls
The front blend door actuator was clicking so I replaced it still no cold air would come out of the vents only hot air, so my next thought was that the actual blend door was broken so I cut a lil whole into the housing were the door sit and the door works like it's supposed to, opens and closes with no problem (I did this with my fingers through the whole while the actuator was out). So I went back to the parts store thinking I had just gotten a faulty actuator... I Get back to the truck plug the new actuator and again it will not work... I even plugged all the controls back in with the actuator out to see if the shaft rotated and no cigar... What could it be? Could the actual temp **** gone bad?? Please help as I need the ac up and running since I have a new born....
