2nd startup. It took a while for fuel to get from tank to pump as line was off and dry.

Video is pretty muffled as forgot to take case off of GoPro
With 9.9 comp and open headers its pretty loud.

New thermostats do not have bleed hole so ran a couple minutes before checking. After adding more coolant it was then run another 20 minutes.

After this run I then adjusted timing and carb. The new msd boxes do not allow for easy initial timing setting like the old boxes

Backing it up to put in side garage to add mufflers

http://vidmg.photobucket.com/albums/...284B63FAF9.mp4

Then changed my mind and decided to at least go down the driveway to say I drove it.
A bit too loud for the neighborhood with open headers.

Hoping this week to get some exhaust on it.

Of course had to re-do the header flanges as port in wrong location.

Took the time to make my own set of flanges out of 3/8".
No fancy CNC so it was all freehand cutting. Getting a bit old and shaky but it worked.

Amazing thing is the first time ever I got all the bolts to align and this time there is 16 per side vs the typical 8.

Drivers side
