Engine codes
I have a 95 F150 with the 5.0L engine in it.
I did a self test with a jumper wire on the OBD1 test connection to try and figure out what was going on with it. Issues are: High idle speed on start up, sometimes it will turn over, hiccups and then shut off, it bogs down when I'm slowing down at a stop light/sign occasionally then idle funny (it feels like the truck shudders), and a hard shift every now and then.
The codes i got were
KOEO - 157 & 542.
It didn't give me any codes with the engine running.
So i was just wondering what exactly both those codes mean, and whats a good starting point to further diagnose and locate the exact problem. thanks
